Wiltshire Adults Commissioning Team
We are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our Commissioning Team to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
This is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently to cater to the needs of our residents.
Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with stakeholders while working alongside our adult social care teams. This collaborative aspect of the role may present challenges at times, but it’s an essential part of making a meaningful impact.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of business support functions. These include agenda setting, minute taking, managing mailboxes. using the liquid logic LCS database, attendance at various meetings and workshops to provide support to the team.
