Job Description

As the AV Group Director at Zenith, you will be an integral leader within the AV department, overseeing a portfolio of client accounts. Acting as a senior escalation point for Directors, Planners, and clients, you will ensure that Publicis Media’s commercial requirements are met and that client objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth for Clients: Develop strong, trusted relationships with senior clients across multiple accounts, ensuring responses to briefs are innovative and commercially viable. Provide proactive solutions and regular updates to senior client stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in TV, Video, and Cinema, you will share your insights with the AV team and negotiate with sales house teams to resolve issues and create added value for clients.
  • Develop a Growth Team: Support Directors within the group, ensuring high-quality output and resolving issues when necessary. Set the standard for exceptional client service and work collaboratively with Planning and PMX teams to address escalated client and commercial issues. Promote the growth of team expertise with clear progression plans and represent Zenith at industry events and in trade press. Additionally, ensure timely and accurate completion of AV administration across the department.
  • Drive Growth for Zenith: As an ambassador for the Zenith brand, enhance its reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Understand and track client KPIs/audit guarantees, leading AV responses in new business pitches and regularly presenting in pitch meetings. Advocate for new services and products within the PMX product suite, and work in partnership with the Head of AV and Head of Investment to meet sales house annual deal guarantees and PMX revenue/billings targets. Engage in agency initiatives to bolster Zenith’s industry standing.



  • Demonstrable experience in investment and AV in a media capacity at a Senior Account Director or Director level
  • Previous team management experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle auditors, trading issues, and campaign queries.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams and external media owners.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of leading the team in producing compelling sales pitches.
  • Supportive team player, contributing to the overall success of Publicis Media.
