Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission, guiding current and prospective clients toward innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading pitches and business development projects with the support of the Associate Director, Business Development.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of RFIs and RFPs, fostering innovative approaches, and sharing best practices.
  • Ensuring accurate entries in Salesforce and collaborating with the Business Development Executive.
  • Developing compelling pitch collateral, case studies, and credentials to showcase our capabilities.
  • Cultivating deep knowledge of Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe agencies globally.
  • Building relationships with Business Development teams across the network to drive collaboration.
  • Championing a Power of One approach, leveraging expertise within our network for client success.
  • Driving year-on-year increases in conversion rates, identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests and maintaining central repositories of accurate content.
  • Utilising Salesforce and Business Intelligence Portal efficiently.
  • Potentially overseeing a growing team as the department expands.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal finesse and empathy, coupled with adept expectation management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Comfort in building and nurturing informal networks to achieve goals.
