Position: Caretaker

Location: Imperial Wharf SW6 2UB

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700

Salary:  £26500 – £27500

Development Details:

This role will be based at a development in one of the most sought after locations on the north bank of the River Thames, adjacent to Chelsea Harbour. With 617 residential developments and 17.5 acres of land, the site benefits from extensive onsite park land, a boating lake and retail spaces. 

As a caretaker, your main responsibilities will be handling any issues regarding general wear and tear of the development, this can include painting and decorating, changing lightbulbs, fixing taps and other adhoc duties that may come up on a day to day basis

As a Caretaker at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
