Are you a Chef de Partie looking for an excellent work/ life balance, working day shifts only with every school holiday and Sunday off? 

We need an exceptional individual to join our team of professional chefs in this busy school.

You will work for Holroyd Howe at Ashville College, Harrogate. We serve around 900 fresh, made-from-scratch lunches to pupils, teachers and staff from Monday-Friday, a small breakfast, supper & Saturday service for 30 boarders and light hospitality.

40 hours per week. Working 35 weeks per year. £12.80 per hour+ holiday pay (5.6 weeks)

Job Description

Working with fresh quality ingredients, plan prepare and cook fresh food menus as directed by your Head Chef.

Understand and comply with all required Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures.

Undertake Company training when required.

Become a valued and valuable member of our professional team.



Qualifications

Must reside in the UK. Must have proven right to work in the UK. Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS security check.

3+ years successful progression in a professional kitchen.

Experience of working within a school or contract catering environment is desirable, although not essential.
