Demand Planner – Wroclaw

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Demand Planner

You will create forecasts for customers through the planning cycle, and review recommended forecasts, investigate forecast accuracy and work with customers operations to gain customer intelligence to jointly agree on the best recommended forward plan.

Responsibilities

  • Provide forecast analysis, preparation, loading and review in compliance with the monthly business planning cycle to ensure the departmental objectives are achieved.
  • Review system forecast against financial budgeted plans and understand differences by working with Customer Operations to drive alignment.
  • Liaise with Customer Teams to resolve differences in sales v forecasts, any changes in priorities or solution requirements and gain intel into the drivers of the sales patterns.
  • Review of recommended forecasts from Incora, considering and applying any gained customer intelligence and proposing a consensus forecast in agreement with customer operations.
  • Run and analyze forecast accuracy as a primary driver to individual account performance as well as company performance.
  • Participate as required in the management of parts scope to ensure the live parts list is current and maintained.

Requirements

  • Engineer or Bachelor’s degree in mathematics field
  • Some experience in analytics, forecasting or demand planning roles
  • Experience in use of planning systems
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, experience with PowerQuery will be an additional advantage
  • High-level command of English, both verbal and written
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Keen attention to detail with strong analytical skills
