What you’ll be doing:
Designing, developing and testing quality software solutions
Challenging and improving our processes, tools and approach
Supporting our solutions, occasionally out of hours 

You will have either a Software Engineering related qualification and/or strong software development or test experience in a commercial environment.

What we’d like to see experience of one or more of the following or similar from a Data & MI context:

  • ETL Tooling;
    • Microsoft SSIS
  • Databases;
    • Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle

What would be nice to have:

  • ETL Tooling – Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose.
  • Reporting /Analytics Tools – Cognos
  • Experience of working to an agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of using JIRA and Confluence.
  • An understanding of data modelling methodology (Kimball, Data Vault).
  • Experience of Software Testing
Hours: 35 per week ( Mon to Fri)
 
Contract: Perm/Hybrid
