Searcys are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team, as a Sales Executive you will manage and convert sales enquiries and opportunities for the venues. Working towards the venues monthly and quarterly annual budget, profitability targets and deadlines, our Sales Executive will work with the team to maximise all revenue opportunities.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally designed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion; This venue is one of our flagship sites based on Pall Mall with a vast array of decadent event spaces.

Role Main Purpose:

  • To manage and convert sales enquiries and sales opportunities for the venue and Searcys.
  • To generate and contribute sales which will then achieve the venues monthly/quarterly annual budget, profitability targets and deadlines.
  • To maximise all revenue opportunities for the venue and Searcys.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales into the venue to achieve the monthly and annual sales target.
  • Receive incoming enquiries in accordance with the Sales Department standards and procedures and to convert them into confirmed business.
  • Conduct show arounds and client visits to a high standard.
  • Help oversee the diary ensuring that all information is accurate, up to date and that all the correct revenue has been inputted.
  • Ensure venue product knowledge and seasonal menus are communicated to clients and actively upsell to increase average spends and revenue opportunities.
  • Create and complete function sheets – detailing all event requirements from start to finish.
  • Ensure in house accounting policies are adhered to and checked. Ensuring billing invoices are completed within agreed timeframes and debt is chased.
  • Maintain good working relationship with the venue and other Searcys sites.
  • Ensure accurate billing for all assigned events.
  • To prepare proposals for new enquiries, ensuring venue standards are adhered to and contain best fit/feature expectations for client and maximising yield and revenue.
  • 1 year of experience within a similar role
  • Meticulous administration and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
  • Proactive and excellent time management
  • English Language – fluent or bilingual proficiency
