Shift hours: Full Time

We are looking for enthusiastic Finance Administrators to join our Finance team in Salford as soon as possible. You will be assisting with a wide range of Healthcare payroll activities in this busy varied role. You will be responsible for the trading of invoices as well as reconciling supplier statements. You will ensure processing errors are minimised by accurate and timely processing of  all activities. If you enjoy using your numeracy skills, are IT literate, have excellent attention to detail and have good general office experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.  

  • Process financial transactions accurately and in accordance with policies, procedures and audit requirements  

  • Provide an efficient and effective finance administrative support service to the business at all times 

  • Ensuring that all company procedures and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to  

  • Building relationships with onsite operational managers and administrative staff  

  • Learning to support multiple sites and completing all aspects of finance administration  

  • Subject matter expert for sites on transactional processes   

  • Monitor all processing and communication systems, to ensure all sites receive an efficient level of service  

  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy  

  • Calm, professional and confident telephone manner  

  • Able to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines  

  • Ability to work as a team player  

  • Ability to challenge in a polite manner 

  • Positive approach to learning and identifying own training needs as appropriate  

  • Resilience and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances  

  • Excellent communication and IT skills 

  • Experience of completing finance administration tasks  

  • Knowledge of systems such as UDC Payroll and e-Prophit would be advantageous
