£13.50 per hour – most days are 10-6.30pm
Term Time – 185 days per annum
Must have own transport due to the schools remote location
40 hours as required Monday to Friday, there will be occasional Saturdays for school Open Mornings

Job Description
Plan, manage, lead, deliver and present the food and beverages as per the food specification
- Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient service
- Manage and lead the customer service team ensuring the rota and staff requirements are completed
- Delivery of training of all customer service employees
- Ensure the quality of food, guest services. hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of all service areas achieve customer satisfaction.
- Interacting with customer service team members whenever is possible and appropriate to ensure they are heart of the operation.
- Manage compliance across the Health and Safety and Food Safety operations
- Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro-activeness
- Constantly analysing business trends and competitors to provide the best customer experience to our guests.
- Managing any employee relations issues within the team
- Taking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family
Qualifications
Previous experience in overseeing hospitality and events
