Job Description

As a Sous Chef at Stowe School, you will help deliver exceptional culinary experiences in a prestigious educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
  • Menu Planning: Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications

Qualifications that’ll make you a superstar:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
  • Level 3 Food Safety certification (because safety is key, even when you’re creating magic in the kitchen).
  • Passion for leading a team and creating innovative, mouth-watering dishes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, cool, and collected.
