Overview:

As Maintenance and Admin Apprentice you will have the opportunity to work within our fast moving, in-house Store Design department. This will involve juggling numerous tasks such as communicating with our retail team, key stakeholders, retailers, and contractors. You will bring strong organisational skills to the role managing budgets and numerous spreadsheets.

 

You will manage the maintenance system for all our counters and boutiques. This will involve building a strong relationship with our external maintenance provider and Benefit field and retail team. You will be required to gain an understanding of all our store fixtures to enable you to correctly instruct maintenance required.

 

We will look to you to gain an understanding of the brand. You will have the ability to liaise with internal parties throughout the organisation to ensure a consistent and high standard of service is maintained and the needs of the business are met.

 

Highly organised, you will have the ability to use your initiative working well as part of a team and independently. You must also have good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Manage store build and maintenance trackers that are shared company wide and are key in communicating to Benefit’s retail team.

 

  • Manage maintenance Inbox for all our counters.

 

  • Book in all jobs with our external maintenance provider via their online system.

 

  • Manage store build and maintenance trackers that are shared company wide and are key in communicating to Benefit’s retail team.

 

  • Manage yearly P&L repairs and maintenance budget working closely with our Finance department.

 

  • Work closely with our Finance and Store Design team on tracking our CapEx budget.

 

  • Raise, track and code purchase orders and invoices.

 

  • Supporting Store Design Manager and wider team with admin and project management related task.

 

  • Take detailed minutes in internal and external meetings.

 

  • Manage numerous spreadsheets used for tracking project progress by Store Design, Visual Merchandising and National Accounts teams.

 

  • Manage inventory of stock fixtures.

 

  • Provide practical solutions to complications that may arise.

Technical

 

Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
