Recognise our key audiences and understand how they respond to marketing and use these mediums to create engaging campaigns • Support the formation of the annual brand strategy with the wider creative team to ensure BaxterStorey keep ahead of the game • Take ownership of the retail annual marketing calendar, ensuring this is in play at all times and appreciates regional and location variations throughout our business • Creative end to end campaigns working with the design team that include education for our teams, sales driving customer activations that add value and create an experience that underpin the calendar of activity • Take responsibility for mobilisations include brand creation, teaser campaigns and implementation • Work with supply chain and the UK Food team to highlight game changing initiatives and bring them translate them into retail marketing opportunities • Ensure that all collateral is available at appropriate times through The Library and oversee the communication to locations of quarterly activations • Preparation of a quarterly what’s next section for client reports • Ensure all bespoke marketing hours are captured for the marketing team • Support on wider strategic projects that include contributors from across the business • Harness technology to deliver creative activations for both retail and business led activities • Collaborating with other members of the creative team and other creatives across the business to share best practice and bring specific areas of expertise to support the overall team • Constantly find new ways of re-imagining our marketing designs across the business • Keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends and insights

Excellent marketing skills with 3 years experience in a similar role • Obsessed about creating great marketing campaigns that drive ROI • Experience in designing food and beverage campaigns and brands • A total foodie, who is excited by the food industry • Great knowledge of our brand, our competitors, and other F&B businesses • Project management experience to ensure all campaigns are activate. Out of the bread bin thinking • Considerate campaign creator • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (IDD, AI, PSD, AF) a plus • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and competent in Microsoft Office • Able to work under pressure and work to multiple deadlines • Able to work simultaneously (to jump between projects if needed) • Creative copy writing • Comfortable consulting with senior management and clients • Able to communicate and present effective ideas and design
