We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate is responsible for creative development / implementation of company marketing collateral materials/ literature referencing company including but not limited to, line card, promotional products, presentations, and proposals etc. This individual will support the sales team in generating sales material and ensuring consistent, world-class marketing content.

About you:
- Accountable to support a safe and hazard free workplace, specifically in chemical materials handling processes and procedures, and utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Under management's guidance, the lead role is accountable for conducting on the job training with the technicians and supporting a safe and hazard free workplace, specifically in chemical materials handling processes, procedures, and utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Responsible for building strong customer relationships and consistently interacting with various site personnel in a production or warehouse environment.
- This position requires the utmost level of professionalism and excellent correspondence skills using various methods of communication.
- Maintain files of current images, presentations etc.
- Upon request, create, update and post presentations/templates on company intranet and with sales team.
- Follow documented approval and distribution process for any revisions made.
- Design, post, print and distribution of line cards, sales handouts, brochures, supplier.
- training binders etc.
- Provide sales support for drafting proposal language and maintain library of proposal templates for team to utilize.
- Responsible for overseeing collection/tracking of all cooperative Advertising commitments for programs.
- Coordinate with vendors to develop and produce marketing related assets including, but not limited to, presentations, graphics, photos, articles, printed materials animation, live-action video, etc.
- Administer for software / system program updates as needed to perform marketing tasks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal and external customers, serving various levels of the company.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines to produce public ready assets or ideas.
