About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our Senior Living brand within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and increase brand awareness. The successful candidate must have experience of Marketing within a healthcare background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy and promotional calendar based on commercial data and insights.
• Lead the creation of compelling consumer communications and POS materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support resident experience events and provide brand support.
• Ensure alignment of marketing communications with sector-specific legislation and residents’ needs.
• Liaise with external marketing agencies to coordinate campaigns and creative projects.
• Support PR and communications efforts across various channels.
• Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including culinary, dietetic, and operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or senior living sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive organizational engagement.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies and managing creative projects.
• Digital marketing experience is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence required due to travel commitments.
