About the role

Our incredible team is looking to grow and that is why we have an opportunity for a motivated member to join us as a Mobile cleaning Supervisor.
Being the friendly face that most people see every day means you’re an important part of our team! With a keen eye for detail and a great attitude you’ll be ensuring that the cleanliness of our work environment is kept to a standard!
You’ll oversee a schedule and support your team to visit multiple sites everyday, providing different cleaning services. The areas being cleaned will include offices and meeting rooms, toilets and washrooms, and kitchens and communal areas. You’ll ensure all training and compliance is up to date, communicate with management about general day to day business and always being a great role model for your team!

A few things about you
As this is a customer facing role your excellent customer service and communication skills are key. Being a team player is also important, as there’s no ‘I’ in team!
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role would be great but if you’ve got great people skills and a positive can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There’ll be company procedures such as COSHH to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it’s vital that you’ll champion this.
Must have a clean UK Driving License held for over two years
Must be flexible in terms of working hours – typically working 6am-2pm
Occasional Weekend work is required
Travel time is inclusive of working week
