About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Local Delivery Team! Do you have a passion for the work you do and want to make a difference in our tenants’ lives? Then this might be the opportunity for you!
In this role, you will work on the Planned Works programme ensuring that works are carried out in a timely, efficient manner and completed to a high standard of work. Main trade roles of carpentry, tiling, bathroom / kitchen fitting and basic plumbing. Experience of level access showers would be advantageous.
This role will be required to be part of an on-call rota and a full driving licence is required, a basic DBS check will be carried out before employment.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and experience of working in Property Maintenance ideally within Social Housing.
You will need either a full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ at Level 2 or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades, you’ll have experience of delivering great customer service and have good digital skills whilst being adaptable to evolving IT systems.
