Job Description

We are recruiting for a Performance Planning Manager who can blend digital cross-channel media planning, campaign activation and overall account coordination and client servicing in the UK Haleon Expert team. This includes a focus on the development of best in class GB&I media plans along with seamless activation and proof of value through effective measurement frameworks. This person will be supported by an offshore activation team.


  • Planning, Insights and Reporting
  • Develop detailed channel media plans applying EU strategy, learnings, optimisations and best practice
  • Ensuring that all channels are briefed with sufficient budgets and manage delivery
  • Working with media partners in local markets to ensure quality and efficiencies are maintained
  • Ensuring the highest quality is maintained across the activation teams, as well as summarising bi-weekly reporting into digestible insights and recommendations

Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Day to day client contact and conduit between planning and activation team
  • Work collaboratively with creative agency partners on fulfilling media plan creative requirements
  • Digital representative for client meetings supported by activation team where necessary



  • Previous experience within an activation or planning team, either at Senior Executive or Manager level
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to analyse raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of all digital media channels, as well as knowledge of biddable platforms – Meta, LinkedIn, DV360 and SA360
  • Demonstrates the ability to cultivate strong relationships with creative agencies and media partners
  • Strong digital experience and knowledge of KPIs, optimization metrics and campaign reporting particularly in search, social and programmatic

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
