Job Introduction
Are you looking a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Lucas Avenue Practice are looking for a Practice Nurse for 37.5 hours per week.
Main Responsibility
Key duties will include:
- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
The Ideal Candidate
Interested? What you will need to be considered:
- UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
Package Description
What we can offer you as a Practice Nurse:
- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
