Want a rewarding management career in Care? Are you a Deputy Manager or Care Manager seeking to advance your career? This opportunity might be perfect for you! We are hiring a Registered Care Manager for our Residential CQC Services in North Birmingham.

As a Registered Care Manager, you will earn between £31,707 and £33,930 per annum FTE, depending on the service and role level. Additionally, you’ll have the fantastic opportunity to join our on-call program, earning £250 per week (at £50 per night).

When you join Sense, you’ll have access to a variety of support functions to assist you in your role. 

In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards. You will effectively manage a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, and be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance. 

12 months FTC (Maternity cover)- Level 2 (6-bed home, 5 people)

  • Supports individuals with vision/hearing difficulties and communication challenges and complex needs
  • Residential service

Permanent role-  Level 3 (5-bed home, 5 people)

  • Supports individuals with vision/hearing difficulties and communication challenges and complex needs
  • Residential service, Good rating by CQC

Requirements for the role: 

  • Prior experience of working in a Social Care setting such as Community/Residential/Supported Living is essential.
  • Knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities is desirable.
  • A full manual UK driving licence desirable- we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
