Job Description

Publicis Media is seeking a passionate Retail Media Lead to support major client wins. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record of driving business growth through retail media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retail media strategy, planning, activation, and reporting for your agency brand or client.
  • Deliver full-funnel retail media executions to drive client growth.
  • Manage client relationships, nurturing key stakeholder connections.
  • Drive innovation through new technologies and approaches.
  • Oversee team development, setting clear objectives and training plans.
  • Promote retail media integration across client media plans.
  • Maintain communication with planning and strategy leads on retail media developments.
  • Proactively drive business development and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the UK retail media landscape to drive client strategy.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering scaled retail media activity in an agency or client-side role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence others.
  • Hands-on experience with retail media activation for multi-retailer clients.
  • Deep knowledge of commerce strategy, including e-commerce, shopper marketing, and paid media is a must have
  • Strong project management and communication skills, both written and spoken.
