We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated Sales and Events Co-Ordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
– Co-ordinating enquiries and sales for the location
– Actively work as part of the Sales team to increase and enhance the level of sales
– Proactively selling the facilities by various techniques 
– Always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations
– Focus on operating and maintaining the systems for client ordering and all related processing, ensuring high standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information

– Experience within a similar role
– Ability to communicate at all levels
– Motivation for passion for quality and great service delivery
– Excellent interpersonal, administration and organisational skills
– Self-motivation and ability to work in a pressurized environment
– Strong IT skills
– A ‘can-do’ attitude
