Job Description
Delivery takes projects from planning to delivery – on time, on budget, and on brief. Delivery is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.
Role summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Integrated Creative Producer to join our team. They must thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and be familiar with various production techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple medium to large sized projects at any given time, and will be able to work effectively with clients, directors, crew, and suppliers. The role will involve managing the production process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget. They will be responsible for delivering a variety of business to business (B2B) integrated marketing campaigns for the European and Asian Pacific markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Organised and have an eye for creative detail to effectively manage an agency team and partner team of producers, directors, crew, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Have a can do, problem-solving mindset, foreseeing issues before they arise and adapting accordingly
- Responsible for management and delivery of activations across a range of different touchpoints. Primarily focusing on print; marketing assets for events; paid social, owned channel content, photography and shoot production
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Create and own the plan, including estimation, tracking, updating
- Weekly reporting/recording for company (including resource forecast) including project health
- Develop Statements of Work leveraging experience of key discipline leads
- Manage project change
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in print and moving image production management
- Experience within an integrated marketing agency environment
- Expert knowledge of a range of different production capabilities from advertising production procedures (inc design; artwork; print; film) to digital specific (landing pages; social)
- Strong experience in print & shoot production
- Core Project Management skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects at any given time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and budgeting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of Finance and B2B a plus
