The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to drive process improvements and lead performance initiatives within our business.

In this role, you will evaluate existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and develop investment cases for new initiatives and projects.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Process and Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for sourcing and analysing data, drawing meaningful conclusions, and working closely with subject matter experts to understand current ways of working while identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will oversee the delivery of process enhancements through re-engineering, standardisation, outsourcing, automation, or systemisation. Gaining buy-in from senior leaders, customers, and regulators will be key to ensuring the success of performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will continuously review and refine customer-facing literature to enhance engagement and customer experience.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will provide guidance and support to teams across EBS, ensuring best practices are widely adopted.

Who you are 

We’re looking for someone with the following skills/experience:

  • Be able to strike the right balance between cost, compliance and customer needs when proposing change initiatives
  • Strong proven leadership that employs a highly collaborative approach to guide people and deliver outcomes
  • Self-disciplined and has ability to work well under pressure, alone and with others
  • Creatively add value to the defined solutions. Identify potential areas of automation helping to re-engineer the underlying business processes
  • Design, create, deliver and embed new processes to simplify, control costs and create value, implementing initiatives that have a measurable impact on our commercial performance
  • Analytically & process lead to understand in detail large volumes of complex data with the ability to present this in a way that can be understood by any audience and identifies opportunities to improve that prevent repeat issues in the future
  • Process & target driven to ensure we can achieve our settlement performance targets and backlog reduction goals
  • Ability to lead projects with a clear pathway of: identifying the issue and risk, generating solutions, facilitating or implementing the fix, evaluating the results and ensuring the change is sustained
