Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kitchen Operations: Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate on exciting menu concepts that reflect modern culinary trends.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Team Development: Train and develop junior kitchen staff to foster culinary excellence.
  • Event Catering: Oversee the preparation of exceptional meals for special events and hospitality services.



Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned culinary professional with a passion for leading teams and creating exceptional dining experiences.
  • Proven experience in a high-quality kitchen, ideally with a background as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
  • A natural leader with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to culinary excellence.
