Strategic Asset – Managing and Transforming Our Estate
We have a unique opportunity for a Specialist Cleaner to join our Property Services team.
The Property Services team are a part of the Asset Management Group that delivers responsive repairs, ground and estates maintenance service and void property management.
As a Specialist Cleaner, you will be providing an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring top-notch hygiene standards. You will collaborate with the team leader, replenish stock, and report issues which prevent cleaning from taking place. Your adaptability might lead you to support other areas when needed. Other responsibilities include adhering to COSHH regulations and, when required, supporting other teams in other operations areas.
We are looking for a candidate who understands the principles of cleaning techniques and processes, ideally with experience in cleaning in a commercial environment. A full UK driving license will be essential for driving to various work locations to provide cleaning services.
