Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Publicis, focusing on the recently acquired Mondelēz account across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and create magical consumer experiences for iconic snacking brands. Based in our White City London hub, you'll coordinate with local and global Mondelēz teams, with bi-annual travel to EU hubs, mainly Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, proactive relationships with key brand clients, understanding their business deeply.
  2. Workstream Leadership: Lead various workstreams, from consumer research to budget analysis, crafting breakthrough strategies for Mondelēz brands.
  3. Creative Campaign Development: Develop innovative strategies in collaboration with the central European team, Analytics COE, local market teams, and other agency partners.
  4. Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with Creative and Production teams to elevate products using Publicis Power of One proposition.
  5. Data-Driven Planning: Translate client needs to Analytics professionals, delivering data-informed channel allocations and scenario modeling.
  6. Holistic Media Planning: Integrate brand, traditional, performance, and digital media for superior consumer experiences.
  7. Insight Development: Identify and interpret actionable insights using consumer research and data.


  • Expertise in developing media strategies across large-scale clients.
  • Strong media planning fundamentals with exposure to UK and non-UK markets.
  • Proficiency in developing data-led communication solutions and driving client transformation.
  • Knowledgeable about consumer research, industry topics, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Understanding of offline and digital channel integration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and collaborative working ability.
