About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Support Worker based at Horizon in Cambridge. This position will involve supporting adults with learning disabilities during the day, Monday – Friday, in the community and in the day service.
We are looking for staff who are interested and skilled in running activities such as exercises, craft, gardening, cooking and music, as well as supporting service users to access community resources, for example, swimming and the library.

Support Workers will be in regular contact with service users, families, carers, other professionals, and partner agencies; therefore, the role will require you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a sensitive and professional approach.
