Salary: £14.35 per hour

Shift hours: Permanent

More about the role:

You will work with the Site Cafe Manager to take responsibility for the team to ensure they provide an efficient, effective, and consistent service to customers and clients. Ensure fair management of rotas and guiding team members in their duties whilst adhering to company policy and procedure.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Customer Service Assistant
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally at all team levels
  • Demonstrates Compass values and principles
  • Understand and has knowledge of the Client food program
  • Ability to learn and effectively implement directives
  • Strong communicator that can confidently speak at team and middle management levels within the business
  • Communicate and collaborate across many teams about projects taking place within own unit
