- Contacting potential customers through outbound calls.
- Engaging with prospective customers via email and email campaigns
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well under pressure and calmly handle rejection.
