About the role:
Our Welfare Team offers crucial advice and support to students facing challenges with safeguarding concerns such as domestic violence, sexual violence, homelessness and other welfare concerns. We work to remove or reduce these barriers so students can succeed at King’s and flourish beyond graduation. As a key member of the Welfare Team, you’ll provide vital administrative support to our Specialist Welfare Advisers. This includes managing referral inboxes, overseeing the Prolonged Lack of Contact procedure, and developing efficient support processes (e.g., Microsoft Forms via Power Automate). You’ll also coordinate feedback focus groups, maintain accurate student case records, and collaborate closely with Student Wellbeing and Support Services colleagues. Meeting coordination and minute-taking are also part of this role. Join our forward-thinking team and contribute to enhancing student welfare.
