Contract Type: Full time – 37.5 hours per week (24/7 Service – Shift Pattern, Early, Late and Nights.)

Salary: £24,465 – £26,598 Including Fringe HCAS, pa, pro rata

This is an exciting developmental oppurtunity from a Band 2 Support Worker to a Band 3 Senior Support Worker.

You will be part of a team supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs in the services they access and their wider community.  

The service comprises of four individual flats to empower the people we support to live independently and enjoy a variety of activities, and also ensuring their physical and mental well-being.

If you are a caring and compassionate person and like the idea of advocating for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves, this job will give you great satisfaction in knowing that you are part of a team who enjoy working with others and who are caring, enthusiastic and keen to develop their skills and knowledge.

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
