About the role 

To provide expert educational support and challenge to all Early Years settings to quality assure the inclusive education provision available. In an advisory capacity, enable settings to raise and improve children’s achievements; particularly those young people identified as being within vulnerable groups and/or young children with complex support needs. 

 

To provide expert operational and strategic guidance, advice, information and training on all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage, SEND Code of Practice and the accompanying statutory frameworks for all Early Years settings in North Northants; ensuring the promotion of diversity, inclusion and safeguarding.

 

About you 

We are seeking to recruit highly skilled, experienced and motivated individuals to join our team of Advisors in our Education Effectiveness Service, supporting the Childcare Sector in North Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will have a creative, innovative approach contributing to the design of a new advisory service following a recent review. They will work within all relevant policy frameworks, statutory legislation and guidelines applying extensive knowledge of the early years’ sector to offer challenge, advice and support to early years’ providers. They will be a team player who enjoy working in partnership with a solution focussed attitude.
