Unit Manager-St Christopher Hospice
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences in a healthcare setting? We’re expanding our healthcare portfolio and seeking dedicated Catering Managers to lead our catering teams, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and patient care.
The Role
As Catering Manager, you’ll oversee patient dining and staff catering services, driving excellence in food production, service delivery, and compliance. You’ll manage and develop your team, build strong client relationships, and ensure operational, financial, and contractual targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Lead, train, and motivate a skilled catering team.

Build strong client and customer relationships, acting on feedback to improve services.

Manage budgets, cost controls, stock, and administration.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For

Proven catering management experience (ideally 1+ years).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to manage change in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and IT skills.
