As our Visual Merchandising Deputy Store Manager, you’ll lead the charge in creating an inspiring and consistent visual experience that excites our customers and drives sales.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver best-in-class visual merchandising across all store areas, ensuring every launch and campaign is executed flawlessly.
- Coach and develop the wider store team in styling and visual standards.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to align visual execution with business goals.
- Take ownership of seasonal POS implementation and ensure key looks are delivered across all business units.
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience.
- Support the Store Manager in driving performance, managing KPIs, and delivering operational excellence.
- Lead and manage Team Managers and Team Support Managers, ensuring strong leadership and development.
- Duty manage the store when required, ensuring a safe, legal, and high-performing environment.
