The Role
Drive Strategic Excellence with High-Quality Financial Insight
London Business School are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst (Management Accountant) to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality financial management information and strategic support to designated departments, aiding in the delivery of annual plans and achieving departmental objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted business partner, offering expert advice on financial issues and drivers.
- Represent the Finance department positively with business partners and colleagues.
- Deliver concise management information services covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Support the delivery of the School Plan, Budget, and quarterly forecasts.
- Innovate financial models and processes to enhance working methods.
- Manage and report on project expenditures, including OPEX and CAPEX.
- Provide analytical support for new developments and undertake ad-hoc projects.
Who we are looking for
- Membership of an appropriate professional body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 3 years in FP&A/Finance business partnering/commercial finance.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service-oriented environments.
