Summary

As a Third Party Brands team member you will be part of a team that operates in a fast-paced environment and one that strives to make our 3rd Party Brand experience the best in class! 

You will be communicating daily across the entire M&S Brands team from Buying and Merchandising to Marketing, tech and if that wasn’t enough … our external Brands partners!  Of course, there are other stakeholders that you will meet as well along the way.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Helping with the implementation of the onboarding and training process for new Brands to our business
  • Participating in brand training sessions, sending post training materials and picking up any queries
  • Work with our innovative product onboarding system, have responsibility for raising training and technical issues, managing them through to resolution with the help of our technical support team.
  • Have ultimate responsibility for user acceptance testing
  • Proactively looking for new innovative ways to use the onboarding system and improve our brand experience
  • Assisting in the training of both internal and external teams on all elements of the system.

Your key skill will include

  • High level of exel and Microsoft systems knowledge
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • An aptitude and desire to learn and work with new systems and processes
  • A self-starter and someone who can motivate themselves
  • People focussed – happy to meet and work with new external teams as well as internal stakeholders
