We are seeking a dynamic Education Capital Programme Manager to lead the delivery of major capital projects that ensure children and young people across the county have access to high‑quality learning environments.

This is a senior role with significant impact including new schools, major refurbishments, and complex expansions. If you thrive on challenge, collaboration, and driving high‑value programmes to successful completion, we’d love to hear from you.

We work closely with Early Years settings, schools, Academy Trusts, the Department of Education, planning teams, developers, consultants and contractors to achieve this.

Applicants need to be educated to degree level or equivalent and be able to demonstrate their excellent project management skills, commitment to Equality and Diversity and ability to think strategically.

More information can be found in the attached job description and person specification.

We will consider applications for full or part time working, subject to being able to deliver the overall team capacity required.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 12th March at New Shire Hall.
