  • Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns
  • Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
  • Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures
  • Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
  • Attend the buys & communicates product and client feedback to buyers & managers
  • Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
  • Experience in a premium/luxury environment
  • Excellent communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
