Searcys @ St Pancras Brasserie is looking to appoint an Assistant General Manager for this location, it will be paramount you know how to deliver exquisite style, finesse, and have a passion for champagne.

The Venue will comprise of a stunning seafood bar and brasserie style dining, ideal for a quick glass of champagne whilst shopping, or a destination dining space for an elegant dinner.

The successful Assistant General Manager will help build the team and work closely the General Manager and the L&D team to ensure the service and standards are the highest of quality.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Competitive based salary plus Tronc

As an Assistant General Manager your key responsibilities will be:

  • To provide an excellent food & beverage service and offer, always ensuring all operations are managed in the most effective way.
  • To lead in the everyday operation
  • Working closely with Sales and Reservations to grow private hire, private dining, and table reservations for the venue.
  • To hire, train and retain the staff, offering a supportive and positive working environments for all the team.
  • To manage and monitor P&L, with monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with the Ops Team.
  • To measure and positively impact guest reviews on all platforms and become and venue of choice.
  • To create an amazing team culture
  • Minimum 3 years experience in people management
  • Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
