Overview
Associate Lecturer, Professional Cooking/Catering Southend Campus Approximately 15 hours per week, 46 weeks per year. We require an Associate Lecturer, who can lead our L3 Chef de Partie apprentices to success, work with employers and teach them in the kitchen for their 1 day at college. The successful Candidate will have Level 3 or above Professional Cookery qualifications. A Teaching qualification and an assessors qualification would be a benefit but not essential as you would then work towards gaining these qualifications while employed at the college.
