Job Description

Prepare and Serve Beverages and Snacks: Create and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as light snacks, in line with established recipes and customer preferences working with a team to deliver a fantasic food service

Maintain Cleanliness of Service Areas: Keep the coffee station and front-of-house areas clean and organized, including arranging cups, utensils, and other items.

Follow Food Safety Protocols: Adhere to proper food and drink handling and storage procedures to ensure quality and prevent contamination.

Inventory Management: Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, and other inventory levels, informing management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any dietary concerns.

Participate in Training: Engage in training sessions focused on food service, beverage preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards to maintain high service quality.
