Description: People 1 Team 6 is a diverse team which offers support to multiple teams including Early Help and Targeted Support. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer to support the Homes for Ukraine team. This post will sit within the Migration Team in Early Help and Targeted Support. Your main duties will be as follows:

Support the HFU Team Manager as and when requested.
Schedule meetings
Make payments and process invoices.
Monitor inboxes.
Liaise with hosts and sponsors.
Work with the PHIL and Brokerage Teams
Dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
To be organised and pro-active.
Good timekeeping skills
Team Player

To be successful in the role you will need to be able to build strong working relationships, ensuring staff and stakeholders feel supported and understood. You will need to be able to prioritise your work to ensure you deliver activities in the most efficient way possible.
