💼 The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager (CAM) to build strong, lasting relationships with client schools 🎓. You’ll be the go-to person for your portfolio — helping schools get the most out of iSAMS, identifying opportunities for growth, and making sure they love working with us.
Key things you’ll do:

🤝 Build trusted relationships with schools to drive satisfaction and retention

📈 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing the sales cycle from start to finish

💻 Run engaging online and onsite meetings to showcase new and existing iSAMS products

📊 Own your CRM pipeline, keeping opportunities accurate and up to date

🎤 Represent iSAMS at events, conferences, and user groups

🗣️ Be the voice of the customer within iSAMS, sharing valuable feedback internally
✨ What We’re Looking For

Proven sales/account management experience in SaaS or IT 💻

Strong track record of customer retention and sales growth

Excellent communicator and relationship-builder 🤝

Commercially minded with great negotiation skills 💬

Comfortable presenting to different audiences with confidence 🎤

Experience in the education sector is a big plus 🎓
