Overview
By co-ordinating and motivating a team of electricians and tradesmen, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of the Street Lighting services across South Gloucestershire.
What will you be doing?
- It will be your responsibility to manage 2-3 teams of electricians working on street lighting installations and maintenance across South Gloucestershire.
- Regularly, you will allocate staff and resources effectively to meet service requirements.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your teams, including absence monitoring, appraisals and training, ensuring all team members receive ongoing support and development. You will liaise with customers, coordinating work to achieve required standards.
- To ensure work operations are carried out in accordance with specifications, work standards and regulations, you will inspect, monitor and report on service standards.
