We are looking for a Facilities Executive in our Centre in Roermond (The Netherlands), one of the largest centres in Europe.
What you’ll be doing…
You’ll be the go-to person for all facilities-related matters, as well soft as hard services. Your goal? Making sure everything works perfectly to Create The Finest Retail Experiences.
You’re a hands-on, proactive and take ownership of the day-to-day business. You’re a team player, practical, solutions-focused and take pride in making sure everything runs efficiently ensuring high standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day facilities issues – solving problems quickly and effectively.
- Coordinating and overseeing core facilities operations, as well soft as hard services.
- Managing serviceproviders and contractors, ensuring uninterrupted operations across the centre to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and to budget.
- Ensure contractors understand and comply with health and safety and environmental procedures to ensure safe working within the centre.
Monitoring building performance, Identifying opportunities for efficiency, improvements and supporting environmental initiatives.

To be successful you’ll bring…
- Experience in facilities or technical management;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where every detail contributes to the overall experience;
- A hands-on mentality – you don’t just coordinate, you take action when needed.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and risk management.
- Confident communicator who enjoys taking initiative and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
