About the role

Are you passionate about connecting families with the support they need to thrive? North Northamptonshire Council is excited to recruit for 3 new Family Hub Connector roles within our Family Hub Team.  This is a unique opportunity to become part of an innovative programme shaping how families experience early help and support across our communities.

Family Hubs provide a universal ‘front door’ to families, acting as a one-stop shop for information, advice, and services across social care, education, and health. At the heart of this is the Start for Life offer and we need dynamic, proactive connectors to make it work.

Roles will be based in either Kettering, Wellingborough or East Northants

About you

As a Family Hub Connector, you’ll be the vital link between services and families helping parents, carers, and young people access the support they need, where and when they need it. You’ll be working with partners, professionals, and communities to identify gaps, build networks, and empower families to engage, participate, and thrive.

This role requires enhanced DBS clearance and the ability to travel across North Northamptonshire.

We’re looking for people who want to make a difference — building relationships, growing local networks, and being the connection point that helps families find their way.

Join us and help shape the future of family support in North Northamptonshire.
