At IRIS, we’re transforming how our teams work with the power of Generative AI (GenAI). We’re looking for a forward thinking GenAI Operations Analyst to help us drive adoption, ensure operational excellence, and unlock the full potential of GenAI across our Customer Operations function.
What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor GenAI tool performance, usage, and quality of outputs.

Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams on updates and improvements.

Deliver training and upskilling support to ensure successful adoption.

Manage incidents and ensure AI solutions remain compliant and ethical.

Create documentation, track KPIs, and generate regular reports.
What You’ll Bring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
