Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of first-class corporate hospitality experiences across meeting rooms, boardrooms, fine dining facilities and event spaces within a prestigious corporate environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in corporate hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining or high-end contract catering to lead a premium hospitality operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering exceptional client experiences and leading a high-performing hospitality team while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all corporate hospitality, fine dining, boardroom dining, meetings, conferences and VIP events.
  • Manage, develop and inspire the hospitality team to consistently deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring hospitality requirements are delivered seamlessly.
  • Oversee hospitality planning, resource allocation and event execution to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage departmental budgets, labour costs and financial performance in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, service development and client feedback.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing corporate hospitality within a contract catering, luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced enviroment
