We’re looking for a loyalty campaign manager to join our Sparks loyalty team. You will be defining and overseeing the delivery of relevant, personalised, and exciting campaigns and communications that our M&S customers will grow to love.  

Whilst you could be working across the breadth of the loyalty campaign portfolio – including our trading activities, brand campaigns, or clubs- we’re particularly looking for someone with a passion for, and experience in, working with loyalty partners and delivering collaborative marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a loyalty campaign manager to join our Sparks loyalty team. You will be defining and overseeing the delivery of relevant, personalised, and exciting campaigns and communications that our M&S customers will grow to love.  

Whilst you could be working across the breadth of the loyalty campaign portfolio – including our trading activities, brand campaigns, or clubs- we’re particularly looking for someone with a passion for, and experience in, working with loyalty partners and delivering collaborative marketing campaigns.

You could be managing the end to end delivery yourself – or working closely with our BU marketing teams. You’ll work across multiple channels to deliver world class relevant and rewarding loyalty communications. Delivering incremental value for the business, our members and our partners, and delivering a step change in how we reward our more valuable customers.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

This role is a 9 month FTC maternity cover contract

What you will be doing

  • Lead the creation and delivery of partner marketing plans, driving impactful campaigns across multiple channels that deliver value for both M&S and our partners.
  • Onboard and nurture key partner relationships, supporting commercial negotiations and ensuring campaigns align with their objectives and goals.
  • Design standout promotions and customer campaigns, producing creative assets across digital, video, ATL, and in-store to engage and delight customers.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams, ensuring all communications reflect M&S and Sparks brand standards and bring loyalty propositions to life across every touchpoint.
  • Optimise and evolve campaigns, using data to track performance, implement continuous improvements, and strengthen partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Proven experience managing strategic marketing partnerships, delivering successful campaigns that drive commercial and brand impact.
  • Multichannel marketing expertise, with hands-on experience across digital, media, in-store, CRM, and events/PR.
  • Strong campaign and project management skills, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Customer-focused and commercially minded, with retail and loyalty experience to create campaigns that resonate and deliver results.
  • Data- and analytically literate, able to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance in collaboration with analytics teams.
